Elliott Booth are proud to announce that we have achieved Accreditation with UKALA United Kingdom Association of Letting Agents.
UKALA Accreditation is designed for Agencies, and it is the business that becomes accredited, with one or more individuals gaining course completion certificates. This is achieved by at least one staff member completing “core” subjects either by attending a training course or the “Core” subjects marked in RED on-line, and the agency being a member of UKALA, which means they have in place Client Money Protection, (CMP), Professional Indemnity Insurance, (PII),and are members of an Independent Redress Scheme. To maintain accredited status a minimum of 10 hours of continued professional development (CPD) is required annually and membership of UKALA maintained, thereby ensuring CMP, PII & Independent Redress.
